The price of the apartment includes VAT 10%, as well as bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, various cleaning fluids, toilet paper. Meal is not included in the rate.

All prices are valid per day, exclusive tourist tax and meal.
In the price are no addtional fees for short-stay included.

Summer price - inclusive: Use of natural swimming pond. Sauna only on demand and for a fee.
Winter price - inclusive: Hut sauna. Please note the opening times and reservations.

Private outdoor parking free of charge.

Pets (food not included) Euro 12,- to Euro 20,- per day - ONLY on request!


Check-In time: 3.00 pm - 9.00 pm / Check-Out time til 10.00 am


Reservations are vaild only with a written confirmation.
In case of booking we account a deposit payment; conditions about advance payment will be informed by booking confirmation.

Please note that we only accept the following payment of bills: CASH or MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, VISA, VPAY, JBC, UNION-PAY, AMEX.

In the case of a cancellation, late arrival or early departure the General Terms and Conditions (AGB) are apply.
